Megumi's Catfe: Baker Plushie, Pins, & Plushie ID's

Every Megumi Catfe order has been shipped! 

However, we have noticed that for those who added separate add-ons during the survey portion, for whatever reason, they were not added to the pull sheets properly. 

We are aware now that this situation affected everyone who added add-ons during the survey portion, and we're so sorry for the inconvenience! 

For those affected, we will have your add-on items shipped out Monday/Tuesday next week. You may receive another email from Pirateship with updated tracking that can be followed until they arrive! 

Thank you so much again for your support in this project. We're so sorry we didn't catch this sooner, but will make sure that everyone receives what they paid and pledged for!

Hi All, 

We are happy to announce that shipping for Megumi's Catfe rewards will be happening soon! 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we anticipate shipping orders around mid-July! 

We will ship in two phases: 
- Plushie only orders
- Plushie/Pin/ID holder orders. 

We don't anticipate shipping taking longer than a week, so everyone should hopefully have their rewards by August!

Hello Everyone! 

We wanted to send a monthly update! We are finishing up production on our plushie items which is great news! 

The not-so-great news is that due to the trade/tariff war that is happening right now our plushies are in a bit of limbo--We are currently discussing with the manufacturer different options that can ensure we can get our items without having the prices essentially double for this. This means that there might be a slight delay in receiving the plushies---but it will NOT prevent this project from continuing, and we will NOT be increasing costs to those who supported the project! 

We don't want to have bad news, and tariffs to this extent (it's now at 145% for China) were never something we foresaw happening. We will continue to keep everyone updated as much as possible! 

We so greatly appreciate your support especially right now as tariffs like this can impose such a huge risk to small businesses. We love creating and will not be stopping that anytime soon!

The Smokescreen test of our surveys is going out--and tomorrow everyone should receive their survey!

Once we have an idea of counts production will begin, so please once you get the survey fill it out ASAP!

Our Pre-order and add-on stores are also available, so for those who missed the project or are looking to add pins/mystery bags/charms or stickers, you can do so while filling out your survey!

Our next update will be when production formally begins!

Now that the campaign is over we wanted to let you know the next steps!

- The Pre-order store will launch this weekend! This gives Backers more time to pledge for rewards, and specifically will give us another opportunity to reach locked stretch goals!

- We are working on building out the surveys, we do anticipate sending them out during the second week of March --So be on the lookout for them!

- Once funding has been dispersed we will move forward with Production! We anticipate that production time will take approximately ~25-35 days to complete!

- Once production ends the plushies will be shipped to us. *We will lock orders once the plushies have shipped.

- Shipping will be charged after the orders have been locked in Backerkit. Once orders have locked you are unable to make changes to your order.

-When we receive the plushies we will then lock Addresses and complete a quality check, once that is completed we will begin fulfillment. 

Updates will continue to be shared as surveys go out, production begins, ends, shipping, all the way through fulfillment!
